Pro Shop Attendant
The essential function of the Pro Shop Attendant is to provide prompt, efficient and gracious service to all pro shop and golf course guests, including reserving tee times, checking in golfers, answering phones, and giving correct change for cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
 • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting all customers with undivided attention
 • Reserve tee times and answer phone
 • Handle cash using checks and balance system
 • Sell merchandise, tee times, and upsell customers
 • Provide knowledge of courses, services available, merchandise, golf equipment to customers
 • Maintain cleanliness of Clubhouse and Pro Shop
 • Communicate with outside staff, starters, range and player assistants

Qualifications:
 • Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others
 • Weekend and evening availability is required
 • Summer availability is required; some Spring & Fall availability is desired
 • Prior customer service experience is recommended, but not required

Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendant
The essential function of the Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendant is to provide prompt, efficient and gracious service to all snack bar and golf course guests, including preparing food, beverages and snacks as ordered, serving alcoholic beverages, and giving correct change for cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
 • Making and Selling Sandwiches, Snacks and Beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages, in the Snack Bar and on the Beverage Cart
 • To follow specified procedures to handle all cash, and credit transactions and to make daily deposits at the end of each closing shift
 • To maintain at all times an adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies to accommodate business needs
 • To cook as needed using the grill, oven or hot dog roller
 • Opening and/or closing the snack bar according to specified procedures
 • To sweep, mop and clean the Snack Bar area as needed
 • To meet Department of Health regulation standards in the performance of all job tasks

Qualifications:
 • Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others
 • Must be 21 years old and able to obtain an Indiana ATC Employee Permit
 • Weekend and evening availability is required
 • Summer availability is required; some Spring & Fall availability is desired
 • Prior customer service experience is recommended, but not required
 • ServSafe certification is a plus

Outside Operations Attendant
The essential function of the Outside Operations Attendant is to provide prompt, efficient and gracious service to all guests, including bag drop and golf cart service, and picking range balls.

Responsibilities:
 • Setup and pick the driving range
 • Maintain and clean golf carts
 • Setup and tear down events
 • Providing outstanding customer service by carrying bags, cleaning clubs and providing directions and information

Qualifications:
 • Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others
 • Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license 
 • Weekend and evening availability is required
 • Summer availability is required; some Spring & Fall availability is desired
 • Prior customer service experience is recommended, but not required
