Policies

Tee Times
All tee time reservations require a name, phone number, and an email address at the time of booking. Tee times may be reserved online or by calling the Pro Shop during business hours. Click here to book your tee time now!

Procedures
All golfers must register in the Pro Shop inside the Dye Clubhouse prior to playing golf. If all parties of a reservation are not registered in the Pro Shop 5 minutes prior to the reserved tee time, the tee time shall be forfeited; however, we will do our best to fit you in at the earliest possible time. Each golfer is required to have their own set of golf clubs, rentals sets are available.

Dress Code

  • Men must wear a shirt with sleeves
  • No cut-offs, spandex or short shorts
  • No gym suits, gym pants or gym shorts
  • No metal spikes or other footwear detrimental to turf quality
  • Shoes must be worn at all times

Cancellations
The golfer who reserves a tee time is responsible for full payment for the number of golfers reserved and assumes the responsibility to call and cancel if necessary. Cancellations will be accepted up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to a reserved tee time. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to a reserved tee time and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations will not be accepted with-in the 24 hour period due to the threat of rain.

Rain checks
In the event of rain, it is the responsibility of the golfer to call and check on the status of the golf course. Inclement weather is part of the challenge of golf; therefore, rain checks are not issued for intermittent showers. However, rain checks will be issued to anyone that is forced to abandon their round of golf due to severe weather or course closure. All rain checks will be handled at discretion of the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex Professional Staff.

Slow Play
Slow play will not be tolerated. Tee times are spaced 9 and 10 minutes apart in order to reduce course congestion. On course Player Assistants are provided to monitor the pace of play. Player Assistants have full authority to control and speed up play on the course. Those players that are not able to maintain an acceptable pace of play may be issued a rain check and asked to return at another time by the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex Professional Staff.

Carts
Carts must be operated in a safe manner and all signs, safety rules and regulations must be strictly obeyed. To drive a cart you must have a valid driver's license. Under no circumstances are those under the age of 16 allowed to operate a cart. Each driver assumes the responsibility for damage caused to the cart and/or course.

Alcoholic Beverages
The Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex is the licensed by the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission as a retailer of alcoholic beverages therefore individuals are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on to the premises. Any person with an alcoholic beverage that has not been purchased from the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex will be asked to surrender any and all alcoholic beverages, and at the discretion of the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex Professional Staff, may be asked to leave the premises forfeiting any fees.
